Chairs by danish design

In 1963, the Danish designer Hans Wegner Johansen presented the CH07 chair. Originally produced in 1963, it was discontinued quickly due to lack of interest. In 1997, production on the chair was re-launched and became a hit with the public under the name Shell Chair or Smiling Chair. Three legs, rounded armrests and a smile design were seen as an excellent example of avant-garde design. This accent chair has become a fashion icon of the twentieth century and it can be seen in many interiors.

Our store also has our own interpretation of Hans Wegner Shell Chair. Shell chair offered by our store is made of solid oak with an attractive finish and has a leather seat and back pad. It is available in Black, White and Red leather.
